The EZStream™ TV Box is an independent consumer electronic receiver designed for video and audio playback via standard HDMI inputs. Actual streaming resolution and speeds depend on third-party broadband connectivity and individual broadcaster feeds. Langley Retail does not transmit, host, or broadcast video content directly.

3. Pricing & Order Policies

Promotional bundle pricing and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or adjust pricing tiers at any time. Financial transactions are conducted through certified third-party merchant billing gateways.

4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H)

We provide a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on the purchase price of the hardware. If you are unsatisfied, you must contact customer service at support@langleyretail.com within 60 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned products must be received in undamaged, original condition with all accessories. Refunds apply to the merchandise purchase price, less original and return shipping/handling fees.

5. Shipping & Logistics

Orders are dispatched from domestic distribution facilities via verified carriers (UPS Ground or USPS). Shipping times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier capacity. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
